Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Honar, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, including anything posted from it. Keep your credentials to yourself.

You must be old enough to legally use this kind of service in your country to sign up.

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you upload — art, writing, canvas paintings, profile details. By posting it, you give Honar a license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post what you post, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

4. What's not allowed

No sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content. No impersonation, spam, or content that infringes someone else's copyright.

Artist profiles, blog posts, and canvas paintings go through review before they're publicly listed — but anything already public can be removed at any time if it turns out to violate this.

5. Moderation & enforcement

We can remove content, reject submissions, or suspend and ban accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

A ban blocks sign-in and takes down the account's public content. It doesn't delete your data outright — you can contact us about that separately.

6. Termination

You can stop using Honar and delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

Honar is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Honar isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Honar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
